Hi, I’m Amanda Simon – and I created The Phoenix Blueprint because I was tired of how hard it was to get clear, useful information about this phase of life.
I’m 47, a Women’s Health and Wellness Coach with a background in nutrition, fitness, and supporting midlife women through real, lasting change. I’m also living it – navigating hormone shifts, weird symptoms, emotional whiplash, and the mental load of being a mom, a business owner, and a woman smack in the middle of it all.
When I started trying to figure out what was happening in my own body, I did find helpful information – eventually. But it took hours of reading, classes, podcasts, and piecing together expert opinions to finally connect the dots. Most women don’t have the time, focus, or energy for that kind of deep dive.
So I created what I wish someone had handed me back then:
