Meet Amanda.
Amanda Simon is a dynamic force in health and wellness, driven by a deep passion for empowering others to take control of their lives through practical, sustainable change. With a unique mix of enthusiasm, honesty, and empathy, Amanda has carved a niche for herself as a trusted advocate for women 35+ navigating life’s transitions with strength and resilience.
Her journey into the world of health and wellness began with the realization that diet and exercise are just small pieces of a much larger puzzle. This curiosity fueled her pursuit of higher education, culminating in a Master’s in Health and Wellness Management from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. To complement her academic foundation, Amanda holds an impressive array of certifications, including Family Health Coach (Dr. Sears Wellness Institute), Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (Nutritional Therapy Association), CrossFit Level 1 Instructor (CF-L1), and Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP) through the National Wellness Institute.
As a health and wellness coach, Amanda blends evidence-based strategies with her personal philosophy that “Lifestyle is Medicine.” She believes that the foundation of health begins with everyday habits: what you eat, how you move, how you manage stress, and how you prioritize sleep and self-care. Amanda’s coaching process is rooted in motivational interviewing and reflective listening, ensuring that each client feels heard and supported in crafting a personalized wellness journey that works for their unique life.
Amanda’s own life experiences have shown her there’s no one-size-fits-all solution to health, and she empowers her clients to develop the self-trust and skills to take ownership of their well-being. Outside of coaching, Amanda thrives on adventure and connection. Whether paddling across a lake, carving fresh tracks down a snowy mountain, or hitting the golf course, she finds joy in staying active and immersed in her vibrant communities. You’ll also find her in the CrossFit gym, drawing inspiration from the supportive camaraderie that fuels her passion for wellness.
