Meet Amanda.

Meet Amanda, a multifaceted individual driven by a deep passion for improving the quality of life of those around her. With a unique blend of enthusiasm, honesty and empathy, she has become a force to be reckoned with in the health and wellness world.

Amanda developed her insatiable curiosity for all things health and wellness when she began to realize that diet and exercise were just a small part of the equation of living your best life. Her innate thirst for knowledge in this field led her to pursue higher education at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, where she obtained her Masters in Health and Wellness Management. Rounding out her knowledge and expertise, she also holds certifications as a Family Health Coach with the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) with the Nutritional Therapy Association, CrossFit – Level 1 Instructor (CF-L1) and has earned the prestigious title of Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP) from the National Wellness Institute. 

As a health and wellness coach, Amanda draws on her own life experiences and uniquely understands that there is no one size fits all answer when it comes to one’s own personal wellness journey. By utilizing motivational interviewing and reflective listening, she works to truly understand her clients and their own unique needs. She continuously seeks opportunities to expand her knowledge and uses research-supported practices to demonstrate reliable results. She firmly believes evidence-based coaching is the key to achieving lasting personal transformation.

In her spare time, Amanda can be found on a board paddling on a lake or riding down a snowy mountain. She finds solace on the golf course or in her CrossFit gym, surrounded by supportive communities, which continue to fuel her passion for a healthy life and provide a well-rounded perspective in turn.

Looking ahead, Amanda remains committed to her pursuit of excellence. She strives to create a healthy and positive future for society, one human at a time, envisioning a world where people have the knowledge and determination to live their best and healthiest life.
