I am officially offering my services and expertise as a Lifestyle Coach.

Now that the big announcement has been made, some of you may be wondering what exactly a lifestyle coach does, or what a lifestyle coach can do for you.

1. I can assist you in defining clear and achievable goals related to all things health and wellness. Some examples are stress management, work-life balance, better sleep, better nutrition or fitness goals. Together, we then create action plans tailored to you, taking into account your unique needs, preferences, and circumstances to achieve and work towards these goals.

2. I can provide information and education on the principles behind the the changes you are looking to make. Knowledge is a solid base for change.

3. I hold you accountable for the commitments you have made and the progress towards your goals and make adjustments when necessary. We all know that life is full of curveballs, we just need to adjust your swing.

4. I offer emotional support, encouragement, and motivation to help you overcome obstacles and stay motivated throughout your health and wellness journey. I will always be your biggest cheerleader.

And most importantly, all of this is done completely without judgement. No one is perfect, least of all me. What matters is our willingness to strive for a better and healthier life. The life that we truly want to live.
